Legend of the two wolves:
A grandfather tells his Grandchild “Within all of us there is a battle of two wolves. One is evil. He is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. The other is good, he is patient, feels compersion, joy, excitement, hopefulness, truth, giving, humble, uplifting.”
The Grandchild asks “which one wins?”
The grandfather responded “the one you feed”
